PreACT

In order to support student success on the ACT, North Carolina administers the PreACT assessment in the 10th grade. This year the PreACT will be administered to our sophomores on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. The PreACT is a diagnostic assessment used to predict future performance on the ACT. It can also act as a tool to help students explore career and college options. Furthermore, PreACT results are one type benchmark that can be used to determine eligibility for the College Transfer pathway in Career and College Promise program available to students in the 11th and 12th grades. Please see www.act.org for resources and additional information about the PreACT.

ACT

This school year, the ACT will be administered on our campus to juniors on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Please see www.act.org for resources and additional information about the ACT. Furthermore, ACT results are one type benchmark that can be used to determine eligibility for the College Transfer pathway in Career and College Promise program available to students in the 11th and 12th grades.
