  • Are you interested in touring our school? Parent Orientations are held on Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:00 - 11:00am. Call the office at 946-1977 and speak with Mrs. Jen Hales to schedule a date and time to attend.   Alternate times are available if needed.

         Lottery Results for the 2010-11 School Year

**This Friday, February 5th WMPCS will be testing the new AlertNow notification system.  You should receive a message at your primary contact number that is on file at the school.  If you do not receive a message please contact the school with updated phone numbers.  This call will go out in the evening so do not expect it during the day.

   

    February

  • Tuesday, Feb 9th at 6:30pm- PTO and Community Meeting held.  At this meeting the community will vote on how to spend the  Auction proceeds.

  • Thursday, Feb 11th beginning at 6:30pm- 3rd and final session of Parent Education will be held.

  • Friday Feb 12th from 6:00-10:00pm - Parents Night Out/Student Valentine's Day Party.  Cost is $12.00 per student.  Hot dogs/sandwiches, crafts, games and loads of fun.  This evening is a fundraiser for the 9-12 level to help pay for fieldtrips. 

  • Saturday, Feb 20th PTO 7th Annual Dinner, Dance and Auction held at Whitehurst Lakehouse.  Mardi Gras is this year's theme.  Tickets are for sell in the office for $35 each.  Tickets may be purchased using PayPal at the PTO Blog spot for $37 each

Text Box: WMPCS 7th Annual PTO Auction Mardi Gras Dinner, Dance & Auction  Saturday, February 20th, 2010 Cost:  $35.00 per ticket                  Location:  Whitehurst Lake House                          5:00pm - Item Preview                6:00pm - Dinner served               7:30pm - Games & Auction begin When auction ends there will be dancing and music until… Menu includes a catered meal of: Shrimp, chicken wings, fried chicken, grilled Cajun chicken, jumbalaya, corn on the cob, green beans, corn bread, sweet tea, water, and coffee. Entertainment will be jazz and blues music for preview and dinner with dance music following the auction. 50/50 Heads and Tails game will kick off the Auction. Door prizes!! If your number is called you must have your mask, beads, or crown on to claim your prize!!   Tickets are on sale in the school office! Check the PTO blog to purchase tickets using PayPal.  Cost will be $37.00 per ticket to use the PayPal payment method.
